Welcome to ParvatPe (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our mobile application and services (Recharge, AePS, Bill Payments,etc.), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
ParvatPe provides Prepaid/Postpaid Mobile recharge, AePS cash withdrawal, DTH recharge, electricity/gas bill payments, and related digital financial services.
Services are subject to availability, telecom operator/bill provider rules, and NPCI/RBI guidelines.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You agree to provide accurate information (mobile number, KYC details, Aadhaar, etc.) for transactions.
3. Payments & Transactions
All payments made through ParvatPe are processed via secure banking/UPI channels.
Once a transaction is successful, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only for failed transactions and as per operator/bank guidelines.
4. AEPS Services
AEPS services are provided as per NPCI & RBI rules.
Users must provide biometric authentication (fingerprint/IRIS) for AEPS transactions.
We are not liable for failures due to incorrect Aadhaar details, biometric mismatch, or network issues.
5. Refunds & Disputes
In case of a failed recharge/bill payment where the amount is debited but not credited, refunds will be initiated after confirmation from the operator/bank.
Refunds may take 5–7 working days depending on the payment gateway/bank.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Any misuse or fraudulent activity under your account will be your responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for failures caused by telecom operators, banks, bill providers, or NPCI networks.
Our liability is limited only to the transaction amount involved.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data (Aadhaar, mobile, banking info) is collected and used only for providing services.
We comply with RBI/NPCI security standards and do not misuse or sell your data.
9. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate services for users found engaging in fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
10. Changes to Terms
ParvatPe may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates means you accept the changes.
