At ParvatPe, we aim to provide secure and reliable Mobile Recharge, AePS, and Bill Payment services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:

1. Mobile Recharge & Bill Payments


All successful Mobile Recharges, DTH recharges, and Bill Payments are non-refundable once processed.


If a transaction fails and the amount is deducted from your account, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


2. AePS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System)


Cash withdrawal, balance inquiry, and fund transfer transactions are final and non-refundable.


In case of a failed AePS transaction (amount debited but not received by customer), the settlement will be done as per NPCI / Bank settlement guidelines.


3. Wallet / Balance Top-up


Amount added to ParvatPe wallet is non-refundable and cannot be transferred back to bank account.


In case of a failed wallet top-up, the deducted amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.


4. Duplicate / Wrong Transactions


If you have made a duplicate payment or incorrect recharge, kindly contact our support team within 24 hours.


Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Important Notes


Refund timelines depend on banks, NPCI, and RBI policies.


Certain payments may not be refundable due to third-party service provider restrictions.


Misuse of refund requests may lead to account suspension.
